Shipping Policy for PawsOwzzie
All orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. We strive to handle your purchase quickly and efficiently.
We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
· USA: 3-7 business days
· UK: 3-7 business days
· Australia: 5-9 business days
· Canada: 5-9 business days
· Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 1 to 4 days to update. If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us for further assistance.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Customer@pawsozzie.com. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, we will either reship to the correct address or issue a full refund.
